The law firm of Gruccio, Pepper, De Santo, and Ruth P.A., originally known as Tuso, Gruccio and Tuso was founded in 1963 by Joseph Tuso, Esquire, who was also the Cumberland County Prosecutor, and Philip A. Gruccio, Esquire, who later became a New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Judge. James J. Gruccio, Esquire joined the firm on February 21, 1964 and brought the total number of lawyers to 5 at that time. Growing steadily since its inception, the Firm has a present compliment of 13 attorneys, 4 paralegals and 20 support staff.
As a pro-active law firm, it has the tools in place to meet the challenges of an ever-changing legal environment. Gruccio, Pepper, De Santo & Ruth, P.A. has used its success in litigation as a foundation for the firm.
