Mr. Ruth was admitted to the bar in 1987 after receiving his law degree from Widener University School of Law and his undergraduate and masters degrees from Villanova University (B.A. in History, 1980; M.A. in History, 1982). Mr. Ruth has been admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Ruth is presently a member of the Board of Trustees of the Cumberland County Bar Association, and is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Ruth is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney concentrating his practice on Municipal Court, Personal Injury and Criminal Automobile Negligence.
