ATTORNEY PROFILE

Mr. DeSanto was admitted to the bar in 1975 after earning his law degree from Rutgers University (J.D., 1974) and his undergraduate degree from Trenton State College (B.A., 1968). Mr. DeSanto has held numerous solicitor positions over the course of his career, including Associate Solicitor, City of Vineland, 1980-1988; Solicitor, Vineland Board of Education, 1988 to present; Solicitor, Borough of Buena, 2001 to present; Buena Housing Authority 2001 to present.

Mr. DeSanto has served on the New Jersey Supreme Court Fee Arbitration Committee and the New Jersey Supreme Court Ethics Committee. He is a member of the Panel of Arbitrators, American Arbitration Association, and has served as a Court Approved Mediator since 2001. Mr. DeSanto is a member and past President of the Cumberland County Bar Association. He is also a member of the New Jersey State and American Bar Associations. He has also served as a Board Member of the Association of Trial Lawyers – New Jersey, and is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. DeSanto also received the New Jersey Supreme Court Professionalism Award in 2002.
