ATTORNEY PROFILE

Mr. Fabietti earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where served as a Legal Writing Instructor and a member of the editorial board of the Comparative Labor Law Journal. He was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 1996. Mr. Fabietti earned his undergraduate degree in Accountancy from Villanova University, magna cum laude, in 1993.

After law school Mr. Fabietti served as an appellate court clerk for The Honorable J. Sydney Hoffman, Superior Court of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Fabietti is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars, focusing his practice on business law, real estate law and estate planning matters. He is a member of the Cumberland County and New Jersey State Bar Associations. Mr. Fabietti is also a Trustee of the Tom Fabietti Scholarship Foundation, which provides scholarship funding for selected students attending St. Augustine Prep in Richland, New Jersey.
