Biography
Bruce P. Dutra graduated from the University of Delaware in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and Political Science. In 1999, he graduated from Purdue University with a Ph.D. in Philosophy. Mr. Dutra received his J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers University-Camden School of Law in 2024.
While attending Rutgers School of Law, Mr. Dutra clerked at Gruccio, Pepper, De Santo & Ruth, P.A., and interned with the Office of General Counsel at Rowan University. Mr. Dutra was active in the Student Bar Association, serving as Secretary of the SBA from 2022-2024.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Dutra worked in higher education for twenty-five years a professor at Indiana University-Kokomo, Drew University, Montclair State University, Mott Community College, and Rowan University. He also served as Dean of the School of Humanities at the County College of Morris.
